The Patient Care Representatives at New York Eye and Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai (NYEE) are here to assist you and your family with any questions, complaints, or concerns you may have regarding your health care or with the services provided during your stay at the hospital.
We're a resource for you and your family members, should you encounter any problems and need assistance. We can help to:
- facilitate communications with health care providers and liaise with service departments
- answer questions about patients’ rights and Health Care Proxy forms
- connect patients with support groups
Our Patient Care Representative is available Monday to Friday, from 8:30am-4:30pm. Just call 212-979-4462. After hours and weekends, please call 212-979-4000 and ask the operator to page the Nursing Administrator/Supervisor.
