Download Zix Select Toolbars for Outlook 2000/2002/XP

STEP 1

Save the Installation File to your Desktop.
(Make sure you choose "Desktop" as the location to save the file.)

STEP 2

From your desktop, double-click the file to begin installation.
Follow the on-screen instructions and MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS A CHECK MARK NEXT TO BOTH "Encrypt ZixSelect" AND "Plaintext ZixSelect".

It should look like this :

STEP 3

Check to make sure the installation worked!
Open Microsoft Outlook and create a new message.
The toolbars should appear and will look like this:

If you do not see the toolbars, you will need to go to Tools > Options > Mail Format and uncheck "Use Microsoft Word to edit email messages". This feature is not supported in Outlook 2000/2002/XP.
