About the Post-Graduate Temporal Bone Dissection Course

The Jorge N. Buxton, M.D., Microsurgical Education CenterContinuing a century old tradition of temporal bone courses using our new, state-of-the-art, 16-station, fully-equipped microsurgical laboratory, we present our post- graduate course in Otology for the academic year July 2007 - July 2008.

We will be offering a 3-day course in Temporal Dissection for mastoid and middle ear surgery, inner ear surgery and implants.

Established in 1820, The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary is the oldest specialty hospital in America. The Eye and Ear began the specialty of Otolaryngology in America with the establishment of the Department of Otology in 1824.

Located in the heart of New York City this institution has served the greater New York metropolitan area for 186 years in caring for disorders of our specialty.
