Objective: This study is designed to evaluate the effects of various blood elements on wound healing and soft tissue ingrowth into a synthetic porous material and into an acellular human dermal graft.  Comparing the results in these two materials will give a greater understanding of the factors involved in tissue ingrowth into porous materials.
