Eye, Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck Consults

If you would like to be evaluated by an ophthalmologist (eye specialist) or otolaryngologist (ear, nose, throat, head and neck specialist) at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, the procedure for international patients requesting treatment at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary is as follows:

1. If patient is requesting medical visa for treatment, he/she should send medical record and current physician's explanation of why they cannot be treated in their country, and eventually a monetary down-payment on services before arriving for treatment. OR

2. If patient wants to be seen on their own, without requesting a medical visa, he/she should send their medical record to our hospital.

Due to Patient Privacy laws WE CANNOT ACCEPT PATIENT RECORDS SENT VIA EMAIL. These records MUST be sent via REGULAR MAIL.
