NEW YORK, NY (October 30, 2009) -- As part of the our Facilities Modernization Program to enhance your health care experience while visiting The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary, renovation of the Hospital’s West Entrance of the North Building on Second Avenue will begin Friday, October 30, 2009. This work will require complete closure of the West Entrance of the North Building for five weeks.
While we will be making every effort minimize the impact on patients, visitors and our staff, we kindly request that patients and visitors anticipate the following temporary changes in our operation.
When planning your visit, please allow a little extra time for any minor delays which may occur.
Entrance at to the South Building at 218 Second Avenue will remain open during regular weekday business hours.
