Ocular Inflammation and Uveitis Research

Under the direction of C. Michael Samson, MD, MBA the Ocular Inflammation and Uveitis Research Division seeks to understand the basic mechanisms responsible for causing inflammatory disorders, such as uveitis, scleritis, and iritis.  Current drug trials research are being performed to provide new opportunities to control the hostile actions of the immune system.
