Noga Harizman, MD is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at New York Medical College, and Assistant Chief of Glaucoma Clinics and Attending Physician in Cornea and Comprehensive Clinics at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary.
Dr. Harizman provides comprehensive care for eye disease and consultation for medical, laser and surgical glaucoma, corneal disease, corneal transplant and cataracts.
A graduate of the Sackler School of Medicine in Tel Aviv, Israel, she completed Ophthalmology residency with honors at the Sheba Medical Center. She also did a two-year Clinical/Research fellowship in Glaucoma followed by a year of Cornea & External Disease at The New York Eye and Ear Infirmary. She is fluent in Hebrew.
Dr. Harizman dedicates much of her time in teaching
residents and in research at NYEE. She is a member of numerous professional societies including the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery and the Association for Research in Vision of Ophthalmology. She has authored many medical
papers and has presented research in local and international
meetings.
