Diagnosis
Ectropion Uvea Secondary to an Iris Melanoma or suspicious iris nevus.
History
This lesion has been followed for 4 years without any evidence of change. Ectropion uvea (in itself) is not diagnostic of malignancy.
Clinical Features
This patient can be followed with serial observation for evidence of growth. Ultrasound biomicroscopy, which can be used to evaluate tuor thickness and pigment epithelial invasion, is particularly helpful in the follow up of iris tumor patients.
