The objectives of this trial are to measure the change in visual acuity and improved macular function in subjects with non-exudative macular degeneration treated with Microcurrent stimulation in combination with nutritional supplement.
Microcurrent stimulation did not show a statistical difference in the change in visual acuity between subjects who were treated with the active device versus the subjects treated with the mock device (p=0.910). No additional investigation with this device will be performed.
