Genes in Diabetic Retinopathy Project

This study is currently recruiting participants previously or currently enrolled in protocols.

The primary objective of the protocol is to collect, store, analyze and distribute genetic information of Type 1 and Type 2 diabetics in order to better understand the genetic factors that may attribute to the development and progression of diabetic retinopathy and varying responses to therapeutic intervention.
